The formula. Net Payout = Subtotal × 0.845. Total Room Rate (what owner sees) = (Net Payout − Cleaning − DW − Mid-stay − Other) ÷ (1 + LHF%). Owner Statement = Total Room Rate × Owner Split.
LHF tiers (auto by nights): 1–14 nights = 10% · 14–30 nights = 7.5% · over 30 nights = 5%.
DW bundled, Cleaning separate. Damage Waiver now lives inside the nightly rate displayed to the guest (not the cleaning fee line). Cleaning fee stays as a separate line. Owner economics are identical either way.
Decision logic. Approve if owner / night ≥ floor and APRÈS retained is reasonable. Escalate to Cameron if owner / night is within 5% of floor or the owner has had recent revenue concerns. Decline if below floor or the owner agreement prohibits discounting.
